From inside the EU,
across the Schengen.
Everything ships from inside the EU single market, which means no customs hold on the way to you. If you have ever had a package sit at customs for three weeks with no explanation, then turn up just as unexplained, you already know why this is the part we did not want to get wrong. Most destinations land in three to seven business days, the nearer Nordic and Baltic states in two to four. Customs friction is none for Schengen-internal movement; the package crosses no external border.
Where we ship
We ship to a defined list of EU member states. Here is where we currently deliver:
Markets outside the current operating phase
We ship to the member states listed above in this operating phase. Markets outside that list are added in subsequent operating phases as carrier integrations, customs handling, and member-state-specific operational requirements are completed. Where the checkout does not list a country, an order cannot currently be placed and no payment is taken.
- Other EU member states are added once the operational and member-state-specific requirements for each market are completed. Buyers in EU member states not currently listed are welcome to email research@crestenlabs.eu with the destination; we will indicate the expected timeline for that market.
- Non-EU European countries (Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom) are treated as a separate operating phase. Customs handling and country-specific frameworks for these markets are not part of the current operating phase.
- Non-European destinations. Cresten Labs is a European supplier and does not currently ship outside Europe.
If your shipping country is not on the served list at the top of this page, the checkout will not let you complete the order and no payment is taken.
Packaging
Freeze-dried peptide vials ship in protective foam-lined packaging. Each shipment includes:
- The ordered vials, individually nested in cut foam.
- The printed certificate of analysis for the batch shipped.
- A printed shipping document with order reference and a QR code linking to the public batch verification page.
- The outer carton is unbranded except for the shipping label. The Cresten Labs name does not appear on the exterior of the package.
- Freeze-dried peptides are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Cold chain shipping is not required for the launch catalogue.
Customs handling
All shipments stay inside the European Union single market. There is no customs declaration, no import duty, and no extra VAT charged at delivery. EU VAT is already included in the price shown at checkout for EU buyers. Because all shipments are inside the EU single market, packages do not pass through customs at member state borders.
If a package is lost or delayed
Every shipment has a tracking number, sent by email when the package is dispatched. If a shipment is more than 5 working days past the expected delivery time, contact research@crestenlabs.eu with your order number. We will:
- Open an investigation with the carrier as soon as the inquiry is received.
- Reissue the shipment from a new batch (with that batch’s certificate of analysis) once the carrier confirms loss; reissue timing reflects current stock availability and operating-phase processing.
- Refund the original payment within 14 days if you prefer not to receive a replacement.
Returns and refunds
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Article 9), buyers have a 14-day right to cancel for online purchases. This right does not apply to:
- Goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (Article 16(e)).
- Goods that are sealed laboratory materials whose seal has been broken after delivery.
Sealed, unopened vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost (shipping is not refunded). To start a return, email research@crestenlabs.eu with your order number. The buyer pays for return shipping.
If a product arrives defective (vials damaged in shipping, a mismatch on the certificate of analysis, or a batch labelling error), we replace or refund it at our cost. Photos and details are requested when you report the problem.
