About the products

What is the difference between Cresten and a vendor selling pre-filled peptide pens?+

Format. Cresten supplies freeze-dried peptides in sealed glass vials only. Pre-filled pens are designed for ready-to-inject end use, which does not fit the research framework Cresten operates in. Freeze-dried vials are the format research is done in. The reasoning is on the Research Areas page.

Can I get a custom synthesis or a non-catalogue compound?+

For institutional buyers and registered labs, custom orders are reviewed one at a time. Contact research@crestenlabs.eu with your institutional context and what you need made. Custom orders usually take 4 to 8 weeks.

What is the shelf life of a Cresten freeze-dried peptide vial?+

Freeze-dried peptide stays stable for a long time at room temperature in sealed vials. The certificate of analysis shows the date the testing was done; from that date, store the vial in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. Once peptide is mixed with water, its shelf life is much shorter; managing that is the researcher’s responsibility.

About verification

Who is Janoshik Analytical?+

Janoshik Analytical is an accredited peptide testing lab in Brno, Czech Republic. They are known across the European research peptide community as a strict accredited checker and have been operating since 2018. Their certificates are issued in standard form, signed and dated, with the full set of test results.

Can I commission my own Janoshik test on a Cresten batch?+

Yes. Janoshik accepts accredited samples from researchers. Buyers who want to verify a Cresten batch on their own are welcome to send a sample to Janoshik directly. Where the certificate on file is from Janoshik, the Cresten certificate references their report ID, and an accredited Janoshik test of the same batch should produce results within the lab’s normal margin.

How does the batch verification work?+

Each batch ships with a printed certificate of analysis issued by Janoshik Analytical, the ISO/IEC 17025 accredited testing laboratory whose report we publish. The same certificate is published on a public verification page on this site, accessible by scanning the QR code on the vial label. The batch number on the vial, on the printed certificate inside the shipment, and on the verification page are the same. Three records of one analytical result. Buyers who wish to commission a re-test can request a re-test report directly from Janoshik or send a sample to another ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. The full chain is on the Methodology page.

What if a Cresten certificate disagrees with my own analytical results?+

Email research@crestenlabs.eu with the order reference, the batch number, and your analytical results. We will retest the batch retention sample at Janoshik at our cost and publish an updated certificate if there is a discrepancy. The retention sample is held for at least 12 months from release.

About shipping and orders

Where does Cresten ship?+

Cresten ships from inside the EU to a defined set of EU member states in the current operating phase. The full served list, with transit times, is on the Shipping page. Markets outside the current operating phase are added as carrier integrations and operational requirements for each market are completed.

Why isn’t my country in the served list?+

Cresten ships to a defined list of EU member states in the current operating phase. Markets outside the current operating phase are added as carrier integrations and operational requirements for each market are completed. If your country is not listed and you would like to know the expected timeline for that market, write research@crestenlabs.eu.

What payment methods does Cresten accept?+

Standard European payment methods, including bank transfer, SEPA, and major cards. Country-specific methods are added per market: Klarna for Germany and Austria, Bizum for Spain, Bancontact for Belgium, iDEAL for the Netherlands, MobilePay for Denmark and Finland. Crypto payment is supported through a separate gateway. The full list at checkout depends on where the package is shipping to.

Is the package discreet?+

The outer carton is unbranded except for the shipping label. The Cresten Labs name does not appear on the exterior of the package. The shipping label includes our return address and the recipient address; nothing else.

Can I return a vial?+

Sealed, unopened vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost (shipping is not refunded). Opened vials cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(e)). Defective products are replaced at our cost. Full policy is on the Shipping page.

About the brand

Who is behind Cresten Labs?+

Cresten Labs is the trading name of Meridian Land Ventures LLC, registered in Delaware. The team works across the EU, and testing is done at Janoshik in the Czech Republic. We are keeping the names of the people behind it private for the first year, on purpose, while the work speaks first. If you are an institutional buyer or a serious acquirer and you need to know who you are dealing with, ask, and we will tell you under a standard non-disclosure agreement. Corporate identification details are on the Imprint page. The fuller note is on the About page.

Why operate from inside the EU?+

Cresten operates inside the EU single market, which is what makes fast, customs-free shipping across 16 European countries possible. The corporate entity (Meridian Land Ventures LLC) is Delaware-registered, which is standard for international operations that want a clean, well-understood corporate framework while operating commercially in Europe. Operations, fulfillment, customer support, and editorial work happen from inside the EU. The choice is about where work is done, not about where forms are filed.

Does Cresten offer a discovery call or coaching?+

No. Cresten is a research compound supplier, not a telehealth service or a coaching practice. Contact paths for research questions, compliance, legal, and wholesale are on the About page. We do not advise on protocols, dosing, or any therapeutic use.

How is editorial content reviewed?+

Editorial articles on Cresten Labs are written by the Cresten editorial team and based on cited published research. Every citation links to a PubMed-indexed paper or to a regulatory or pharmacopoeial source. Each article carries a Last reviewed date in its footer and is updated as new research is published. The internal editorial standard checklist is available to journalists, regulators, and institutional partners on written request.
