Scope of intended use

Compounds purchased from Cresten Labs are intended for use only in the following research contexts:

• In-vitro studies (cell culture, biochemical assays, receptor binding, enzymatic profiling)
• Preclinical in-vivo studies in registered animal research facilities, conducted under appropriate ethical and regulatory authorisation
• Analytical reference work (chromatography, mass spectrometry, identity verification, method development)
• Educational and instructional research within recognised academic or institutional settings

Compounds are not supplied for clinical use, human consumption, veterinary administration, food production, cosmetic use, or any application involving direct or indirect introduction into the human or animal body outside of authorised preclinical research protocols.

Buyer affirmations

By placing an order with Cresten Labs, the buyer affirms each of the following:

1. Age and qualification. The buyer is at least 21 years of age and is a qualified researcher, registered laboratory operator, institutional buyer, or otherwise lawfully entitled to acquire research chemicals in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
2. Use limitation. The buyer will use compounds only for the research purposes set out above, in a controlled laboratory setting, in compliance with all applicable national, EU, and local regulations governing the handling, storage, and disposal of research chemicals.
3. No human or veterinary administration. The buyer will not administer any compound to a human or animal subject, will not consume any compound, and will not facilitate or permit such use by any other party.
4. No transfer. The buyer will not resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer compounds to any party not bound by the same restrictions, and will not transfer compounds across borders without lawful authorisation.
5. Third-party verification. The buyer accepts that all certificates of analysis published on the Cresten Labs website are issued by Janoshik Analytical s.r.o., an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, and that the buyer is entitled to commission third-party verification of any batch at the buyer’s own cost.
6. Hold harmless. The buyer accepts full responsibility for the lawful use, storage, and disposal of compounds after delivery, and releases Cresten Labs from liability arising from any use of compounds outside the scope set out in this declaration.

What we do not do

Cresten Labs does not provide:

• Therapeutic claims, clinical efficacy claims, or human health outcome claims of any kind
• Dosing protocols, administration instructions, or reconstitution guidance framed for human or animal use
• Medical, clinical, veterinary, or nutritional advice
• Pre-filled syringes, pre-mixed solutions, or compounds in human-administration formats
• Compounds in formulations or packaging designed for direct end-user consumption

All compounds ship as lyophilized powder in glass vials, with reconstitution and handling left to the qualified researcher in accordance with the buyer’s own laboratory protocols and ethical authorisation.

Regulatory framework

Cresten Labs is the trading name of Meridian Land Ventures LLC, a Delaware-registered limited liability company, with operations coordinated from inside the EU. The supply of research chemicals to European Union buyers is conducted under European Union law applicable to research chemical supply. All compounds are sold for laboratory research purposes only. We do not market, advertise, or supply any compound as a medicinal product, dietary supplement, or product for human or veterinary use.

Where a compound listed on this site corresponds to an active pharmaceutical ingredient subject to medicinal product regulation in any jurisdiction, our supply is limited strictly to the research use defined in this declaration. The buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with the regulatory framework applicable to the buyer’s jurisdiction.

Refusal of supply

Cresten Labs reserves the right to refuse supply, cancel any order, and refund payment, where:

• The buyer’s declared use is inconsistent with the scope set out in this declaration
• The order pattern, destination, or context suggests use outside the research framework
• The buyer’s jurisdiction prohibits the supply of the requested compound
• The buyer is unable or unwilling to confirm qualification as a researcher, laboratory, or institutional buyer
